Some of my tracks haven't transferred. Why?

Our app matches songs, it means that if a song doesn’t exist in the destination music service, we cannot match it. Moreover, if you added your songs manually to the source music service and these songs do not come from official database, FYM is not able to import these songs. Sorry for that!

If you see more than 30% of not transferred songs, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will look at your problem individually. There are so many combinations for possible transfers, that even though we try, we cannot possibly test all of them.
