- Follow the instructions to connect your source music streaming services and destination services.
- Select your music.
- Tap begin, and wait.
Bigger transfers will take more time because there is more to move, while smaller ones will be snappier. Some people like to leave the app open and watch the progress.
Will all of your tracks move? We’d love to say yes, but there are restrictions beyond our control in some cases. Some music streaming platforms don’t have the same metadata, which makes our automatic matching trickier.
Some streaming services won’t allow albums, while others will ruin your playlist's running order.
We have taken every care to bypass what we can and build solutions for what we can’t - however, sometimes, we have to roll with what the music streaming services have in their terms.
One function that gives you back control in these situations is Rematch. You can override the match and search manually for music.
This can add a little time to the process, but in most cases, it is still significantly faster than doing it all from scratch. Rematch is particularly useful for songs that may not be in English, have special characters, or have multiple remixes.
