Shiri Maimon first made an impact on European audiences with her outstanding performance at the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest, singing the ballad “Hasheket Shenish'ar (The Silence That Remains)” in both English and Hebrew. She's flirted with Western pop aesthetics ever since. Her self-titled debut went Gold, followed by three albums that combined her mighty voice with heart-rending melodies, visceral pop ballads, as well as more upbeat R&B/dance pop grooves. In 2016, she released a stripped-down version of Sia's “Chandelier”, cementing her place among Israel's stars.

A musical-theatre background shines through in Ninet Tayeb’s powerful yet utterly controlled vocal abilities. With a hint of Janis Joplin, the Israeli singer-songwriter takes on driving indie pop on “She Knows” and shows off a sensitive side on melancholic ballad “If I Come”. One of her more surprising collaborations is with puppet cover artist Red Band: “Can’t Feel My Face" is a passionate version of The Weeknd’s lyrically sinister hit, and “I Put a Spell on You” shows off exactly what Ninet’s voice is capable of.
