For a band synonymous with ambitious art rock, Pink Floyd sure could pen tunes that were moving in their simplicity. Early on, Syd Barrett's “Bike” is psych pop littered with nursery-rhyme poetry and twirls like a carousel ride, and “San Tropez” is tropical folk rock that could've been recorded by The Kinks.
