Why free

We keep it free so anyone can switch.

Changing services should not cost you your music. People who want more choose Premium, and that pays for the free transfers. When you share your receipt, the next person finds us, and it stays free.

How it works

Three steps, about a minute of your time.

  1. 1

    Pick from and to

Choose the service your music is on and the one it should go to.

  2. 2

    Sign in to both

Each service asks with its own login. We read your library; we never post for you.

  3. 3

    Get your receipt

We move everything and show what moved. Total: free.

Questions about free transfers

Is it really free?

Yes. Every one-time transfer is free: playlists, liked songs, albums and artists, with no song limit and no card. You need a free FreeYourMusic account.

Is there a catch?

No. Premium adds things you may want later: Keep in sync, the playlist tools and insights. The transfer itself stays free.

Why do you keep it free?

We want anyone to switch services without losing their music. People who need more choose Premium, and that pays for the free transfers.

Which services work?

12 music services: Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube, YouTube Music, Tidal, Deezer, SoundCloud, Qobuz, Audiomack, Audius, and Boomplay. Pick any two.

Where does the transfer run?

In the web app, the iPhone app or the Android app. It runs on our servers, so you can close the app while it moves.

What is on the receipt?

Only the counts, the two services and the date. Never a playlist name or a song. You choose if you share it.
