How to Recover Playlists

February 1, 2023

Have you accidentally lost or removed a playlist by mistake on your Spotify account or any other music streaming service? Or maybe you've deleted it on purpose... but now you want it back. Don't despair!

There is a way to recover deleted spotify playlists. We'll show you how to find and use the recover deleted playlist feature on Spotify and share some playlist tips.

First things first – Spotify keeps the data on removed playlists for 90 days. This allows you to recover deleted playlists as long as you do it within this time frame.
The trick is that you can't do it via the mobile or desktop app.

No matter whether you're a Spotify Premium user or not, to recover playlists, you must access Spotify on the web player.

Spotify deleted my playlist and I can't recover it. What to do?

Sadly said – it's possible and happens very often. Especially if the playlist wasn't yours, but created by someone else. If you follow the playlist created by another Spotify user, then it's possible that you are unable to recover it, if it has been created by the owner.

A Simple solution for this matter is to create a copy of your favorite playlist, so even if they get removed by the creator, you will not lose access to your music tracks.
