Does it work on playlists I follow?

No. Only the owner can change a playlist that you follow. You can merge it into a playlist of your own and use the tool there.

What else can FreeYourMusic change on Audiomack?

On Audiomack, apps may add songs, remove songs, and rename playlists. Apps may not change the order and change the cover, so the tools that need it are not there.
